Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses AdIQ's website, tools, and Services, and is part of our Terms of Service. It also sets the rules that apply to any text message you ask AdIQ to send on your behalf or that is sent through AdIQ-managed messaging. Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination and may be reported to the relevant platform, carrier, or authorities.

You may not submit or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, infringing, or that exploits minors, or that promotes violence or illegal activity.

3. Messaging and SMS Acceptable Use

This Section is in addition to our Messaging (SMS) Terms and applies to all text messages sent through or with the assistance of AdIQ. You must comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, CTIA messaging principles and the CTIA Short Code Monitoring Handbook, and all wireless-carrier rules. Specifically, you and AdIQ will not use messaging to:

4. Your Responsibility for End-User Consent

Where AdIQ sends messages on your behalf to your customers or leads, you are responsible for obtaining and retaining proof of each recipient's prior express consent in compliance with applicable law, and for ensuring the message program matches what the recipient agreed to. AdIQ may require evidence of consent and may suspend messaging that does not meet these standards.

5. Enforcement

AdIQ may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or pause messaging, with or without notice, to protect the Services, recipients, carriers, or AdIQ. We may cooperate with carriers, platforms, and law enforcement.
